India Impact Report – 10 Years of Creating Change that Lasts highlights a decade of Generation India Foundation’s work in expanding access to meaningful employment opportunities for young people across the country. Established in 2015, the organisation focuses on addressing the dual challenges of talent scarcity and unemployment by equipping individuals—particularly those facing barriers due to education, economic background, or limited opportunities—with industry-relevant skills and career support.

Over the past ten years, Generation India has trained 61,000+ learners across 25 states, delivering outcome-based skilling programmes across sectors such as technology, healthcare, customer service, retail, logistics, and green jobs. The report highlights the organisation’s impact across breadth, depth, and durability—from strong job placement rates and wage growth to long-term career progression and improved financial well-being for alumni.
