About the program
The Hospital Front Desk Executive program is an intensive 7 week program that with help individuals acquire all the necessary set of skills and knowledge. Individuals in this job are usually the first contact point in healthcare organizations, whether on the phone, online or in person. They assist in coordination at Front Desk at Healthcare Facility.
Our program focuses on a combination of technical, behavioural and mindset skills required to be successful in a hospital environment. This program is a blended program which is a combination of asynchronous and synchronous training.
Program Length7 weeks
We'll help you learn the technical skills with lots of hands-on, interactive sessions. By the end, you'll know:
- Hospital management system
- Ethics and protecting patient privacy
- General office support
- Medical terms and branches of medicine
- Multitasking drills
- Communication & Collaboration
- Approaching, Greeting, and identifying patient needs

- Registering and checking out patients
