About the program
The Hospital Front Desk Executive program is an intensive 7 week program that with help individuals acquire all the necessary set of skills and knowledge. Individuals in this job are usually the first contact point in healthcare organizations, whether on the phone, online or in person. They assist in coordination at Front Desk at Healthcare Facility.
Our program focuses on a combination of technical, behavioural and mindset skills required to be successful in a hospital environment. This program is a blended program which is a combination of asynchronous and synchronous training.

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

APPLICATION
This is the first level of screening. This phase determines whether the applicant is eligible to apply for the program or not, based on their demographics.

APTITUDE TEST
This phase determines/assesses student’s English and Math skills. In English skills we assess if participant can understand complex or moderately complex, formal and informal communication. In Math skills we assess participants' basic quant aptitude.

LISTENING SKILL TEST
In this, learners are assessed on their ability to process authentic spoken language, understand explicit linguistic information, and make inferences of clearly presented information.

DIGITAL LITERACY TEST
This test is to assess your basic knowledge in computers like MS word, MS Excel and Email communication.

INTERVIEW
In this, learners are assessed on the basis of their communication skills, professionalism, motivational fit and program fit.

DECISION
You will be notified via email once a decision has been made regarding your admission and next steps.
