Becoming a general duty assistant is honorable and brave. As a GDA, one gets an opportunity to become a care giver and support a patient in improving their health condition. At Generation, participants learn how to assist nurses in caring for patient’s needs.

Application
This is the first level of screening. This phase determines whether the applicants are eligible to apply for the course or not based on their demographics.

Literacy Test
This phase determines/assesses student competencies with respect to comprehending simple sentences and very short simple social conversations through MCQ based questions (to check their listening & reading skill)

Fire in the Belly Test/ Pre-work
In this, learners are assessed on persistence, future orientation & personal responsibility.

Interview
In this, learners are assessed on the communication skill, professionalism, motivational fit and program fit.

Decision
You will be notified via email once a decision has been made regarding your admission and next steps.
